trunk lid support on a 38 chevy coupe
my 38 chevy coupe has only one support (original not working properly),i was wondering if anyone has tryed using gas struts instead?

should work fine, they come in different lengths and stength

I take it this is the trunk lid?? yes the gas struts work fine and they come in weight capacities as well..
