Trying for a NEW law in Washington state??
As far I can make out,, some Jacka z z has drawn up some redicious idea to get a law passed in washington state, and is seeking signatures to get it on the ballot,,,, that requires a couple that wants to get married,, to first Prove to the state that they are capable of having children before the state can issue a marriage lisence,, if they do not have children within 3 years of getting married,, the state will anaull the Marrage, some thing the gay marrage movement has come up with to force the state to pass a same sex marrage law,,
 Where you at BULL??? this should get your attention
