tube diameter 10 bolt

quick question.....I thought the tube diameter of a chevy 10 bolt was 3 inches but I was just told that it's 3.5". There's a pop riding on this guys. Thanks

I don't want you to loose a pop over this, but all the ones i have seen are 3.0"......

Mine is 2.63" tube that is flared up to 2.97" where it goes into the diff. There were MANY "10-bolts" out there
