Tube grill
At the moment while waiting for some parts to arrive I'm thinking about how to make my tube grill. I'm planning to use 10x1mm stainless tubing (as used for water installations). The Monte's grill has an edge at the front (red line in the picture below, not my Monte btw). Do you think this can be bent into such a sharp edge? With what equipment would this be done? I'd rather avoid to cut every tube and weld it back together if possible.

Fill the tubing with sand before you try to bend it or it will kink.

How do you plug the ends of the tubes? I have a bender which is suitable for these tubes but it is a traditional one not a mandrel therefore it tends to some distortion where the tube is bent.
