Question Tune Port Injection Swap

I am trying to install a GM TPI motor in a Scout II, and would love to hear any suggestions.

You didn't say which year the GM is or which computer, ie; pre-94 chip upgradeable, or post-94 floater (programmable type). My first question is where in the world are you going to put all of that wiring harness, or do you have an aftermarket set-up? If it is the older type computer, you can strip out everything for the sensors,(carefully marked) and discard the rest.
A good wiring diagram from the public library bookshelves for the make of vehicle the motor can out of would be helpful here. We put a 4.3 Chev TPI in a Toyota Forerunner, using the computer from a Astro Van and it worked really slick...tell me more, I may be able to help
