The eddy 600's will work fine on your t ram. The are not too big.
The eddy carbs have a secondary air velocity valve that automaticly sizes the carb(s) to engine demand.
You will want to get the jet /metering rod tuning kit for your carb model
The distributor timing curve will need tweeking.
A afr gauge/meter -O2sensor makes tuning and dialing it all in a snap.
The tunnel ram manifold needs time to "warm up" before street driving.
The 2000 stall converter is fine as ling as the cam is mild.
The 4.10's are just right.
You do not need new carbs.
Max fuel pressure at idle 5.5psi.
