Tunnel ram installed

Yep, finally have it installed. I wasn't able too use my nice new polished Edelbrock's because the bolt holes didn't line up (on an edelbrock tunnel ram, go figure!) So, in a rush too get it done, I had too trade my edelbrock's for a matching pair of holley's that were in serious need of a rebuild. I put them on and got the car running enough too drive it home and get me to work on Sunday. It took all weekend too get the thing set up do too all the little parts and pieces I had to acquire. Even had too get rid of my K&N, and HEI, and boy do the nickels and dimes add up with all the new crap you have too get, especially with dual carbs. Anyhow, I havn't even finished tuning the carbs and dialing them in, and this sucker has got some power. I LOVE IT! Not to mention the head turn factor. Chicks are actually digging my car now, and IT DOSN"T HAVE A WING AND FART CAN! Amazing what two carbs and a scoop will do. LOL. You guys were right though, it is a pain too dial these things in, but it's worth in the end IMO. It hasn't guzzeled gas too bad, just have too keep the peddle off of the floor more than before. Well just wanted to follow up so you guys don't think I was blowin' smoke. My pics are in my album, tell me what you think.....

Looks good!
Did you notice any loss of low end power or hard morning starts? Thought about one for the Gremlin, but was still debating. Hg

It actually starts up great, even in the morning. The low end is weaker, but when I stall it up, and "ease into the pedal" it kicks you in the but at about 3 grand. It's having it's problems though, I have a post in the engine forum. I think it just needs some smaller carbs.
