Has anyone ever used a turbine painting system, I just got my tp tools catalog, and I was looking at some of them, Id like to know different opinions about them
I don't know about turbins for auto paint but woodworkers love em.
For spraying lacquer or conversion varnish on cabinets they say it's
the best. If it works that good for wood I would have to think it can't be
to bad for cars. Spraying my cabinets with lacquer is more challenging
for me to get a good finish than doing a car. Some may argue wood is
easier but I haven't found that it's harder for a large piece of furniture.
(I don't rub them out)
Bottom line: I haven't used a turbin system yet but would bet it would
work just fine. Only consideration, I've heard some systems are prone
to having moisture problems so allow for that.
i am going to answer a question with a question......have you ever walked into a body or restoration shop and seen the painter spraying a car with a turbine system??? these are professionals that do this for a living and look at what they are using.
