Turbine wheels?

I was wondering where I can find "turbine" style wheels or wheel covers. They look similar to the dayton wire wheels but theyre not the same. Ive seen them on 80's model Crown Victorias and 80's model cadillacs. If youve ever seen scarface its the wheels that sosa has on his caddy in the beginning. Where can I find wheels like this, Ive tried searching but nothing seems to come up but wheels for golf carts...

Are you talking about these?

They were on FS RWD Lincolns and Mercurys in the 80s - maybe even earlier. I've always liked them even though I'm not really a Ford fan.

I'm not familiar with any similar wheels on Cadillacs, other than FWD. There were finned alloy wheels as options on the big Eldorados (up to '78). The next gen eldos ('79 to '84-ish) also had a finned version, but they are pretty rare as well.
