Turbo 350 to a 1992 305 engine
 

I have a 1975 350 engine & Turbo 350 in my hot rod, when I when to install a 1992 305 engine the flex plate from the 350 engine would not fit the 305 engine.
Is there any way to install a Turbo 350 trans. to a 1992 305 engine?

yes get a flex plate for a 1 piece rear main seal..

any auto house can get you one..
1992 camaro 305 flexplate..

The flex plate on the 350 engine is about 14" diameter & the flex plate on the 305 engine is about 13" diameter. Is the Camaro flex plate 14" diameter?

count the teeth it be 153 or 168
you'll need the matching starter for the 305 plate..
your old 350 might have a stagard starter mounting
the other is straight across bolt pattern..
most likely your 305 has starter mounting holes straight across in a line..
if your 350 starter isn't you'll need to get one..
or, change the starter noses
