turbo 350 prob???

Hi so i just pulled my motor and trans out of my cat and before i pulled it i put it n neutral now i have it n my new car and it wont shift into any gears at all its not my shifter because i tried shifting it by hand on the side of the trans i have no idea what to do now

Give us a clue to the make , model of parts you are working with.

EDIT...

Check vacuum hook up

Check shifter hook up and detents.

Check the detent / passing gear cable from carb to tranny. Is it caught , stuck , melted??
