Post turbo 350 trans aint workin now..why?!

i have a 75 camaro with a turbo 350 trans, now for some reason, it wont go into 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, but it does go into reverse. when i put fluid in, it leaks all out in a matter of minutes, and even when full, it will not go into any drive gear but reverse, its leaking around the torque converter...whats the problem?! what do i need to do to fix it?? is a new trans needed? help!

It sounds like you need an over haul, the reason it is leaking around the torque converter, the torque converter bushing is bad and not going into any of the forward gears , is the forward clutch is gone.

i wonder if the front trans seal gasket is bad, and replacing that would fix problems, i drove it from pittsburg to bethesda md(bout 260 miles) and it drove perfect, got it home, then it when out on me at the bottom of a hill..i drove home in reverse!

Limerocks,
Ya burned the forward clutches. Period. Common occourance when there is a major fluid loss. Don't bother with the front seal, its smoked.
