Turn signal switch

I would like to replace the turn signal light switch on my 1960 Corvette with something a little more modern and perhaps has hazard lights...

The signal light switch on 1953 to 62 Corvettes are notorious for not working properly... Sometimes the signal light switch will not self center after making a turn, resulting in only one brake light not working... Which is not a good thing in today's traffic...

I'm not looking for something tacky like this...

But rather something that looks relatively stock and not tacked on...

Thanks kindly...

Ken

the switch is the same as 1949-1954 Chevy cars I think, those use 2 scrub wheels that ride on the colum.. you can get a digital flasher system that has a timer cancel, and would operate on your factory system

Would that resolve my one brake light issue after using the turn signal?

Also I don't know what you mean by an digital auto flasher... Google returned nothing....

What is causing only one side of brake lights working is that the turn signal is not centering properly when being turned off. Replacing worn out parts in signal area should cure problem, sometimes it is just the cup is loose. Jack

Yes...something like that as long as it used the factory turn signal lever and would fit inside the turn signal bell (case)...

Thanks...
