You will need a steering wheel puller, and a lock plate remover, to access the turnsignal switch. The book calls for 1.1 hours to change it. First disconnect the battery. Remove the steering wheel, and depress the lock plate, using the remover. There you will see a lock ring, remove it, and remover the lockplate. Remove the lockplate spring, locate the 3 screws that retain down the turn signal switch, and remove them. Unscrew the turn signal arm, then drop the steering column and remove the plastic shields. Disconnect the connector and pull the the turn signal switch, wires, and end out of the column. My personal experience with Duralast parts, they are junk. I would advise buying a dealer part, as it may sound simple and easy to change this, it is not as easy as it sounds. Answer me this, do any of the lights come on at all, and just not blink, including the turn lights in the dash?
