Turn signals

Hi. I am trying to get my 36 with an Ididit gm column temporarily wired up. I got a three wire (two wires on one tab connector and one wire on the other) flasher socket at the wrecking yard but not sure where to wire it to. The diagram I found on line shows one pink wire going to the Hazard Switch but does not show the other connection. Same on the Hazard Flasher. It shows one brown wire going to Hazard swith but not the other. I am assuming that the connections would actually be at the steering column harness plug and not the hazard switch since the switch is inside the column. Thanks for any info.
