Went with a performance rebuild, its in the shop now. Didn't do the valve body just yet will hook up a pressure gauge when I get it back and make sure I have the correct pressure readings when its at idle and shifting.

topwrench if you do this pressure test you will be able to tell if the TV is setup correctly.
