Twin eaton superchargers with a twist!

Hey everyone,

I know quite a few people have used the OEM eaton blowers and mounted them on just about everything you can think of but this is a new one too me! Check it out, twin eaton m90's mounted inline. Anyone have any info on this? The pic was taken from the Woodburn dragstrip webpage (Oregon)

Pretty Cool
If you have a url to the original pic you can search it's location and that might point you in the right direction. Using the url of the pic you posted only pointes to Season 2013 | 3-10 TnT

I hear a lot of guys say they know someone who has used an M90 in a carb application. However, I've never ever seen one in person. And I've found very little on the net other than "I know a guy..."

You'd have to spin a single M90 blower pretty fast to get any boost on a perf 350 SBC. But two M90's......

How would anybody drive that car...right hand turns must be a PITA...any turn would be...going straight ahead would be a PITA...maybe it's a reverse only car...I think that would be the safest way to drive it.

There was supposed to be several guys with 283s that had an M90 blowing into an enclosure (sort of a frankenstein Vortech idea). Hard to find any info other than "yeah I did it, its easy"

Twin M90s? Mike Sitar "toohighpsi" used to have a Thunderbird SC with that setup. I think he was an engineer or something for Eaton at one time. He was big into the junkyard turbo fords back in the early 2000s

You're giving me crazy ideas... Two M90's. Each tipped sideways 90 One on each side of a plenum box/intake manifold. Custom carb adapters on the M90's
Draw thru design. two 4bbls carbs. Maybe Edelbrocks. Maybe Qjets.

There's one here on the forum. It's a weber sidedraft feeding an M62 strapped onto a quad4.

Rambler American engine conversion #2

Also, this is my favorite twin M90 build:

Check this guy out with his twin supercharged Aston Martin, very nicely done imo

(although I dont think I would want to change plugs on that v8 )

Here's a link to a guy that put twin M90's on a Firebird with his design pics and all. (some pics are gone but a lot are still there). Dont know if he ever finished it (judging by the condition of the vehicle I doubt it) but the design is different and makes for a pretty simple install considering...
AMOF you could put a Procharger Carb Hat on your Carburetor and use this design for both EFI or Carburetor.

Of course the other side to this is hell I made 780 RWHP on my 5.4 Lightning and ran 9.74 in a 5000lb truck with (1) Whipple 2.3L Supercharger (and my Sierra has more power than that). So you can pretty much make as mush power as you can ever use with 1 supercharger.
Although ok I admit 2 could be very bad ***** if done right
