twin spinners

ok, get ya mind out the gutter, this is about cars,a twin spinner, is that a word u guys use or is it a localised word down here.A guy down the road from me when growing up had 1. Im guessing around 1960ish,used th be heaps of em around, but think they all used up in demolition derbies.Havent seen 1 in prolly 15 years?
