two pitted pistons 383 vortec chevy

My stroker had a screw go into one of the cylinders. Caused a water leak. I pulled the head and find a lot of piting on one of the pistons and a few dents on the other piston next to it. This is a relativly new motor 20,000 miles on it. I got it directly from gm performance parts. I am going to have the head checked for cracks. Both the pistons #4 & #6 showed water incursion. What should I do about the pistons if anything. Also what should I look for to rule out any other damage that might need fixing?
