TX smog compliance on OBD2
I just moved from CA where I had started planning out a 383 LT1 build for a 96 Impala SS. I had a GM 846 cam and 11:1 CR with ported aluminum heads; a combo known to (barely) pass CA's plug in/sniffer if tuned just right.

Now that I'm in TX (travis county), can those plans change, or does TX use the same CA-based max limits on the sniffer?
