alright i got my new motor in and tuned but the thing pulls like an raped ape, but im having trouble getting it to pull up top it makes it just over 7k rpms and like acts if its hitting the rev limiter. i dont think its the cam cause the motor would pull higher then this with the stock cam.also when it does it it dosent bang or pop,so im just at a loss trying to figure this one out. this motor should spin right to 8k

as far as the tune ive got 23* total timing under full boost (12 psi boost right now will be going back to high boost as things get sorted 20ish psi)
valve springs have 103#'s seat preasure and 245#'s open single springs no damper.
cam is 260/272 adv duration 112 lsa .500/480 lift
base cr is 8.9-1

could any of these be the cause or is it possible that my turbine housing on the turbo is just choking this new motor up that high,

It sounds like some sort of restriction somewhere.What size turbo?
