it must cost millons to keep producing new model cars every thing from the pwr bill for the design guys computer though to the buffing machine at the end of the production line not to mention minning the raw matirials it realley burns me up that the powers that be are trying to get old cars of the road i read somwhere that big companys can buy an old grave yard and score green points
this is madness it cost a lot less to keep an old going or put one back on the road you see were the real greenies keep on recyling fellas |

G'Day" Ian. You are on to something!!! My personalized license plate is Recylce 1, just a reminder for the Enviro Nuts they never can see the Forest for the Trees, pun intended. Streetrodders have been recycling longer than anyone but farmers, and the big city enviros don't have a clue. In fact several states here are trying to get Fed Tax dollars to melt down all the old cars over an arbitrary age. You see, they dont have all the polution control garbage that, in my opinion are worse poluters than many finely tuned street rods. One, the meldown is more poluting than the vehicles, two, the energy that is consumed for the process is just plain wasted and I could go on and on.
Spread the word: Hotrodders are great enviromentalist!! Trees |
