undercoating

I got a can of undercoating from Napa and sprayed it inside wheel well on my Charger other day. For some reason it's still not dry, not sure what's going on :confused:

ya, I'm a painter so I always stir/shake products that i apply

Some of that sort of undercoating may not dry...just skin over so it is not sticky is all..
