Unknown Poster and IgnitionMan
Just a heads up to everyone.
Through an analysis of IP address and user agent data, we've connected the user going by the name of "Unknown Poster" to "IgnitionMan", who was previously banned from this board. "Unknown Poster" has now been banned. "IgnitionMan" has previously identified himself as Dave Ray of: Dave's Small-Body HEIs. Some of you may already suspect this, as "Unknown Poster" has the same agenda as "IgnitionMan", including bashing Demon carburetors. A Google search for the keywords ignitionman and banned will reveal several similar situations involving IgnitionMan on other forums. The consensus among forum admins seems to be that he is a very knowledgeable guy, with a very bad attitude problem. Anyone who has spent any time on forums understands that there will always be people who sign up multiple usernames. Usually, it's just a mild annoyance. Sometimes, it's even comical. However, registering multiple memberships to advance a financial agenda (such as bashing another company) is a serious offense. Using a communication medium for fraudulent purposes to gain profit constitutes wire fraud, a federal offense. Tech @ BG -- thanks for maintaining a professional demeanor in spite of constant attacks from this user. We appreciate it, and we hope you'll be here for years to come . If Barry Grant, Inc. ends up pursuing this, just drop me a line and I'll forward you the data we have.---- A note of this situation has been made on the Crankshaft Coalition forums, in this thread, so that other hotrodding forum admins can keep an eye out for this guy. This should serve as a warning to anyone else contemplating a similar tactic. When attempting to conceal your identity on the net, you had better be smarter than the people you are trying to deceive. This thread is open for discussion.

Being Slammed
Well, it is a black cloud everywhere for this bum. I have seen this guys trash all over the web for a while. To bad he does not know how to use the web in his favor on promoting his product. There are many like him out there in the world. Well glad he is gone for now.

engine cranks then stops hard
I just bought a Chevy ZZ4 turn key engine when I crank it over it cranks then stops abruptly. Does this sound like strictly timing or anything else. It was turn key so it comes together
