Post upgrading disc brakes

I have 1985 El Camino rolling chassis . that I bought today from a salvage yard. I am going to modify this frame to place another body on it that weights 4900lbs. I also have a 1985 full size GM car(Buick park ave) & was wondering if I can adapt the spindles & brakes to the mid size car, thus getting bigger ball joints & brakes........any help would be appreciated Don
