I have 1985 El Camino rolling chassis . that I bought today from a salvage yard. I am going to modify this frame to place another body on it that weights 4900lbs. I also have a 1985 full size GM car(Buick park ave) & was wondering if I can adapt the spindles & brakes to the mid size car, thus getting bigger ball joints & brakes........any help would be appreciated Don
i dont know if that will work i know hotchkis make an after market control arm for the el camino that allows using big camaro rotors and calipers on a caprice spindel
forgot to mention 16 inch wheels are the smallest you will be able to run to clear the new brake assembly
