Post Upholstry shop $$$????

Any body know what I'm looking at to have my headliner and visors recovered.I'd take um out and bring um the headliner board. It would need new foam backing and material.Probably the same for the visors. Also the headliner board is torn in the back don't notice w/ the moldings on but would probably be a prob.
I can definitly picture a horrible disaster area if I did it.Garage rules don't hand me a spray gun, bondo,or fabric.

the supplys are fairly cheap and you can probably get them from several suppliers less than $100. if you dont want to do it yourself it probably wouldn't take a good shop more than a few hours labor to assemble it for you .
