I'm in desperate need of help. I'm trying to remove the upper control arm on the driver's side of my 71 Chevelle. I was able to remove the passenger's side with no trouble.
Problem is that I didn't have the clearance to get center bar past the steering linkage. I disconnected that, but now the header is blocking me. I tried removing the ends of the center bar, trying to get the control arm off that way, but I need a puller and don't have the clearance. Oh, the bolts that the center bar was on are pressed in, otherwise this would have been very easy.
Has anyone been in this situation before? Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Patrick
