i went to the auto wreckers today to find out where that shim goes and it goes in the back. so that is settled but got 2 more problems.
i installed new Energy suspension poly busings and it seems there is a big gap between the outer washer and the bushing. the bushing looks a bit smaller in length then originals,the instructions only say to reuse the original washers.
and the control arm shaft if its rotated 180 degrees(just turning it inside the bushings) it looks like the mounting hole is in a different location meaning it would raise or lower the shaft if put in wrong. it is such a small difference that i don't think i would be able to tell on a car at the wreckers unless i pulled the whole arm off.
