I would like to know if there are any significant differences between a 2 part epoxy primer and a 2 part urethane primer? The reason I ask is that I will be doing some fiberglass to metal bonding and Fusor states to use a 2-part epoxy primer applied to both bonding surfaces for proper adhesion. I ordered the roll-on primer kit from

My car will ultimately be finished with the HOK paint system and their primer is an epoxy base (I know, I should've just ordered this epoxy). Would I be alright using a urethane, instead of epoxy, primer as my bonding surface??
