Looks like the Crane Energizer Die-Cast aluminum rocker to me, but it could be a cheap copy, I'd need a much closer pic of an individual rocker to tell.
Erson/PBM is selling a Die Cast rocker currently, but I haven't seen one of theirs up close, just pics, but they don't really look like what you have posted unless they have updated them from what I saw a year ago.
