The super coupe T bird 2.3 intercooled made 190 horses in 88. 230 ish in torque.
No doubt some more boost and a stroker kit and you could have some decent potential.
Also why not a small pro charger to do the job.
Bore it, stroke it, pro charger hmmmmmm..........................
