Using MAPP to shrink

Hey Guys -

I know alot of people use Oxy/Ace for heating steel to do shrinking versus a shrinking disk. Any reason why I couldn't use a MAPP/Oxygen setup?

It will work well some cases especialy on newer thin metal cars. Cooling quickly with a rag soaked in cold water rihjt away is key.
