You might have got some crap between the needle and seat with the new line? Check fuel pressure, 5-6 PSI good for Holley.. I'm putting a Mallory pressure regulator with a return to tank on everything I build from now on because of pressure creep with non-return regulators. Carter electric pump per chance?
