re: Vacuum Pump

I can't find an AC supply house close around here. Has anyone obtained the oil via some other outlet/store? A friend says he uses PAG oil like you put on your car AC system, but that stuff's expensive.

re: Vacuum Pump

Car Quest has ester that works with R-12 and R-134 in pints and quarts. Some late model compressors are oil specific.

re: Vacuum Pump

doesn't have to be an A/C supply - your local Bumper to Bumper or NAPA should be able to get you vacuum pump oil.
