vacuum ques.

a hydraulic flat tappet cam with .050 240/246 and lift of .542/.545 and 110 lsa, will I have to run a vacuum canister to run power brakes

Yes, unless this cam has a really wide LSA, which isn't too likely given the durations and lift specs.
