Need advice or opinion from you hotrodders!!!

I already ask the value of my head in the engine forum, but I want to know the price or the value I can sell this block on e-bay or an add in my town.

There is all the parts of my block. I want to sell the complete block, with all the pulley, water pump, bracket, power steering. I want to change project, I want to built a small block with aluminun head and a procharger.

I REALLY WANT TO HAVE YOUR OPINION ON THE PRICE I CAN SELL THIS MOTOR

454 bored 0.60 (468 CI) Compression Ratio arount 9.5
Oval port Head (353049) Ported and polish Stage 3
Valve Job 3 angle 2.19-1.88 Manley Severy duty Valves
1.509 Dual Competition Valve Spring (matched to the cam) (new)
Chrome moly Retainer and 10 degre lock (matched to valvetrain) (new)
115 CC chamber (Original Head Shaved 65 thousand)
1.70 full Roller Crane Cam
305 H Hydrolic Radical Cam 575 lift Int/Ext. 305 duration Int/Ext 253 at .050
4.310 Speed Pro hypereuthetic Piston with 0.100 dome 1 valve relief (new)
D.U.I mechanical Distributor (calibrated for the motor and carb) (brand new)
Spark Plug Wires, 409 Pro Race, 10.4 mm (brand new)
6.135 - 5130 I beam Rod (new)
Scat 4.00 Crank (new)
Everything Balanced and Blueprinted
19 Thousand Head Gasket
20 thousand Deck (approximatively)
Weiand Team-G 7523 (2,500-7,900 RPM) Ported to Matche the head
Mighy Demon 750 mechanical (brand new)
Double Timing chain (Comp-Cam) (MATCHED WITH THE 305h CAM, new)
Weiand Team G aluminum high flow Water pump (new)

How do you think this motor value.

The HP is Around 500 and 530. for Torque ???

Common, I just want to have an idea of the price I can sell this motor without exageration!!!

How much do you have invested in it? Take that # and cut it in half and that may be close to selling price. Not many people will by a completed engine built by an individual that they don't know. Not saying you don't know what you are doing, But someone on Ebay may think this. Its hard to sell high performance unless you are well known.

I was putting 12000 Canadian $ from pan to carb! the whole motor cost me this price!

You're right, I will probably more able to sell this motor to someone from my neigboorhood than e-bay or something like this....

As I understand, I will be start the price to have 6000 Canadian $

I sold a Lingenfelter Built 496 that had 10,000 miles on it for $2500 US. I had the build sheet, balance data, and dyno pulls, validating the motor. To buy this motor from his still operating company would approach $10,000 today, but I'm not sure how your built motor would compete with his name and reputation, tho he is deceased.

that a lot of jack for a motor, you better put a reserve on it if you go ebay
