Valve covers?

Hi, Does anybody know if 1.52 ratio self aligning roller tip rockers will fit under stock height valve covers? I have finished my valvetrain and need a set of centerbolt covers but not sure if tall or stock. Oh yea, Thanks to all for all the help with getting my motor together. Soon it will be back in the bay!

They should fit under the short covers. You usually don't have interference problems unless you have full roller rockers and/or stud girldes.

As SS said they should fit fine, if you're really concerned you can always get the thicker Fel Pro cork v/c gaskets. Another easy way to measure the height of the roller tip is to rotate your assembly until you get 2 valves closed (roller tip all the way up) one near the front of the head and one near the rear. Then lay a straight edge across the tips and measure the height from the bottom of the straight edge to the v/c mating surface...with the gasket you'll be using.
