The only thing you can do is let it run till they pump up.If these are not new and noisy they will probably need replaced.

Thanks Barnym17 for your reply.
The reason I want to bleed the valve lifters is that it seems it has to much pressure in it, that it holds the valve open in cylinder one during compression and not giving power to the piston. I check the rocker arm and it seems to be hard and no play, while the rest of the racker arms has play on it, when they are on TDC.

You can take that lifter out and squeeze it in a vise. It may take a couple of times to get the oil out. Make sure the spring pushes the plunger back up all the way. You should be able to squeeze it by hand at this point. You may have to spray some carb clean in it to free it up.

It would probably be easier to just stick a new lifter in it.

Just got my valve lifter replaced with new one, but still the valve does not give any play, and it push down the lifter so hard at compression with piston at TDC, any idea which could be a problem? Do you think it might be a valve spring causing too much pressure, or the valve are already worn out?
Thanks;
Alcan

Make sure the little shim underneath the rocker pedestal is in place.
