Valve Seals

i'm rebuilding an 1982 4.1/250 L6 engine but i need to know whay type of valve seal it uses. since there wasn't any when springs were removed.

IIRC, your engine was pre- positive oil seal, so all there might have been is the o-ring stem seals and the steel umbrellas under the retainer that cover the top portion of the springs.
