Valve Train Help!!!

I need to change at least two valves on my 72 Comet. Its a 302 with 289 heads. Its has Chevy valves 202 & 160. Ive never changed valves before. Can someone please explain the steps to me please? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

change valves

remove carb and linkage, mark position of dist rotor,remove dist.,remove intake manifold,remove accessories,ac pump,alternator (if there in the way.) remove exhaust manifolds, remove cylinder head bolts.using valve spring compressor,remove valve keepers and springs.remove valves.hand grind valve seats (if applicable) replace valves. reinstall with new head gaskets and intake manifold gaskets. torque to specs. replace acessories,carb and linkage. replace dist,with rotor pointing in marked direction. replace exhaust manifolds
