vega steering box on a 1930 model a frame

mounting info for a vega box going on a model a frame , it has a new axel w/ mono leaf spring thanks Dave.

The Model A frame needs to be boxed in the mounting area. A bracket and a gusset are needed to mount the Vega.



I always install a Vega just ahead of the left motor mount with the bracket level with the top of the frame. I suggest you just tack the bracket and install the box and check for fit and interference.

also depending if you are using cross steering or drag link type, you might have to reverse the worm shaft in the steering box.
