velcro wire clamp

Like many here I'm trying not to drill my smooth firewall. I am going to mount the fuse panel to the bracket from the firewall to dash that holds the steering drops - fuses facing down. Has anyone used velcro as wireclamps? Thinking of trying it on the inside firewall.

I'm not sure its what you want, but at Lowe's they sell packages of Velcro wire ties in the electrical area.
