vibrating belair

hi fella's i brought a 66 belair 16 months ago i have replaced the front wheels,tyres,tie rod,all ball joints,wheel bearings,all suspension bushes, shockers, now i am rippin my bloody hair out from frustration, i have a vibration in the front end i cant get rid off,any ideas or tricks that might help, i have had advice from a lot which has led me to replace all these items but still no better, as i have replaced the suspension it also still has a 1 inch lean to the right ( lower ) i have checked & rechecked the position of the springs & there all good the body mounts are evan the chassis is all square & evan, any suggestions

Hopefully you still have some hair left by today.......Alignment? broken A-Arm?

You sure its coming from the front end?...I would check your "U" joints in the drive shaft.

Could be a worn out steering gearbox.

I had a car doing that years ago, turned out my brand new tires were out of round. Jack the front end up, set up a stationary reference point and rotate them. Back in those days they just sort of milled them off.

What speeds do you have these vibrations? Do they go away above or below a certain speed? Do you feel it in the seat of your pants or the steering wheel? Post some more info. Good luck.

i replaced the upper a arms when i replaced the bushes this car has always had the problem when i brought it thats why i have replaced what i have the lower arms are ok i checked when i replaced the lower bushes i have noticed i small hair line crack coming from behind the steering box (which has no play at all from the chassis)wether this could cause any problems i not sure ?? i manage ( & work ) in a tyre shop doing front end work & alignments , balancing ect ect this has got me stumped evan worse its my bloody car!!
as for the speeds in your own lingo about 20-30 miles gets worse about 50-60 miles.gggrrrr
have spent a lot of time & money on it lately with no results all suggestions are appreciate..oh by the way i to scared to tell the misses i still havnt fixed the problem after i told her its nothin its an easy fix trust me love. thanks fellas..
