vibration that no one can solve- Solved yet?

On the 25th of last month, a 16 page long thread on a "vibration that no one can solve" was locked because "...this thread has degraded to non tech finger pointing...".

If the OP "tab" would be so kind as to tell whether the new aluminum driveshaft did or did not cure the vibe, I would appreciate it- as would the others who were following and/or posting on the thread, I would guess.

EDIT- tab cannot be reached by PM or email, so this is the only way I know to get a resolution.

I think he made a post saying the new shaft fixed his problem.

His post must've got deleted. The only reason I found it is because I had subscribed to the thread. It was not a very nice post

Not to sure if I would get in the dog house for reposting it?

I searched his posts and the threads he started- before making this thread- and saw nada on it.

His last thread was on the vibration problem, and he only made a couple other unrelated posts after it.

EDIT- No wonder I didn't see it. It's in the dump. Wadda jerk.

Yeah, the driveline angle was partly directed at me. I questioned him how can the driveshaft angle be the same if the truck didnt come with a five speed from the factory. He insisted because the factory mount hole was used nothing changed, factory angles did not change, you be the judge,If it's truly not OEM to the truck...everything changes. I pity his wife.

Probably drilled a new hole for the tailshaft mount so he could move it over.
Either that or the guys at Fort Worth Gear really messed up.Who the hell knows. At this point if this is how he acts in life then he got what he deserves... a headache.

The post by tab was discussed in the moderator forum

tab received a 2 week suspension for his name calling in the threads.

I think the funniest thing was he asked for help...got more than he could hope to get anywhere else trying to diagnose a problem impossible to determine over the internet...and we are the idiots.

Some people are impossible to please and even harder to figure out, good luck with your truck Tab...you might want to post an apology as your first post when you get back...cause you wore out a lot of goodwill here.

Seems to be a lot of it going around lately.
