Video Forum

I was at work last night looking for some videos on here. I spent more time searching than watching. So I had a brain storm
Would it be possible to create a new forum Where people can post Links to Videos.
I was thinking 1 post with the video link and a small description. But take away the ability to reply to these posts To keep it simple..and neat for example see Ok lets see some videos This is a great post but its 5 pages and 72 replies. If you do a search for just videos it comes up with 5 pages and 121 topics
Now i know 5 pages isn't a lot to search through I just think it would be easier for people to find what they were looking for if the videos were in there own forum
Id be happy to help you out in anyway possible..feel free to PM me

This is a decent idea, but there aren't yet enough video posts to necessitate an entire forum. We had a similar suggestion a while back for a specific forum for photoshopped car pics.

I dont care if this ever happens or not but I had an idea. What if you started and audiovisual forum. Just for post of pics and videos tapes and cds....Just a thought you could kill several birds with one stone.

That's an interesting solution. But we still have the conflict with the photo gallery, where people can upload pics and videos to their personal albums, and discuss them in the photo gallery pages.

True but if it doesnt hurt anything to open a new forum, then it is a lot easier to search through a forum for a picture. Just my thoughts. Also I do a little HTML but not enought to know, is it possible for you guys to open like a framed page that is a forum inside like exterior that would cover all of it?

I get confused enough, just keeping up with what we have now.

Not exactly sure what you mean. Put the forum pages inside a frameset?
