Be sure and have all your reciepts and bills of sale..title in the state of Wa is a seperate issue to itself..If you have all of your paperwork in order should not be a problem..Look on the website for the state of wa for more info..

IN WASHINGTON you can plate anything that runs. it has to run tho, take it like you said to an inspection station, if it has no vin or the wrong one then you just getta plate/registration and NO title, after you wait three years, if no one has claimed your prize, you can apply for a title. been there done that on my 55 truck when the title i had for 15 years had the wrong vin on it
