Hello! If you are not one of the Plymouth owners that I emailed directly with this update, please read on.
Good news and better news! Thank you to everyone who has participated and a special thanks to those who spread the word and helped us reach our minimum order. I can still take orders for additional patches along with payment up until production begins. After looking at the new prices, some of you may wish to increase your orders! I am now ready to order the patches and the price is even lower than before. After an international search of vendors, I was able to locate a company here in the US that was able to provide the lowest bid. I had them mail samples of their work to verify quality of workmanship and I'm happy to say they passed the test. In spite of a setup charge, which was common among the vendors, their price was substantially less than the other vendors. I have divided the setup charge evenly among the custom patches (no setup charge for numbers and letters). The new prices for patches are as follows: Large Plymouth Patch = $8.20 each (this is nearly half the original price) Small Plymouth Patch = $5.30 each Route 66 Patch = $5.30 each "P" patch = $2.90 each Year numbers = $1.93 each ($3.86 per set) Model numbers = $1.68 each ($3.36 per set) Shipping = $3.50 per address up to 6 sets (combine orders with friends to save on cost. Beyond 6 sets, add 75 cents per set) Now the time has come to collect the funds so that I can order the production run to begin. You can pay either by sending me a check or money order for the total plus shipping or via PayPal using my email address: fortyseven.plym@verizon.net as the account name. Anyone mailing a check or money order is urged to do so quickly as I cannot/will not front money for this order and delays will be a drag for everyone. It is anticipated that a time period of 5 to 7 weeks will be required for order, production, delivery and remailing to each of you. Delays in receiving your money will only make the wait longer. If you haven't yet seen the patches in question, click on the link below to visit my website. There are images and dimensions for you to look at there. Thanks again, David Maxwell 4365 Carolyne Way Santa Maria, CA 93455 |
