voltage regulator

I took apart the rad support from my 68 firebird to paint it, and in doing so, I ruined the rugger grommets that are used to hold the regulator to the firewall. These grommets have a nut incorperated into them. Does anyone know where I can get replacements?

Thanks,
Steve

I have a bolt store here in town that sells nothing but fasteners. They sell those things in several sizes. I have seen them used in mounting power window motors in Toyota mini vans, and several other places. Check your yellow pages for a bolt store in town. Worst case, you can go to the dealer and get a couple for $10,000.

I think Year One sells them, but it's been a while. They have an on-line catalog.

Willys is wrong, Chevy will sell them for just under $8,000.
