Voltage regulator connection

What the #4 terminal on the voltage regulator go to? I came off my 66 Pontiac and I can't find where it connects to. The wire is on the regulator but I pulled it off by mistake.

Look to see if there's a brown wire w/o a connection close by. Not positive, but I believe it goes to the ignition switch through the bulkhead connector.

EDIT- It may also go directly to the coil, w/o going into the bulkhead connector first.

Looks like it eventually goes to the ignition switch. At least on the 65.

Thanks for the help

Terminal #4 also could also be used for the GEN (BATT?) idiot light.

The 64 diagram shows it going to the ampmeter. I will find a 66 diagram but I believe that it goes to the idiot light.

Thanks for the help.
